Senior/Product Marketing Manager | Call Center SW/CRM
A profitable, pre-IPO enterprise application SW and SaaS company is seeking a Sr/Product Marketing Manager. The Sr/Product Marketing Manager will own the go-to-market success of the company’s enterprise applications and On Demand solutions - with a focus on revenue growth and market leadership. He or she will be responsible for translating the positioning of the company in a variety of outbound communication channels and to ensure the company achieves a leading position in our niche space.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all aspects of positioning are incorporated in our outbound communication (Sales tools, collateral, web site, lead generation campaigns, etc.) and drive the creation of thought leadership content.
* Work with product management to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messaging.
* Develop competitive analysis and the sales tools that enable the sales organization to articulate the company’s differentiation and value proposition.
* Create sales tools such as sales presentations, customer case studies, ROI templates, and objection handling that will assist the sales teams in all phases of the sales cycle.
* Work closely with corporate marketing to ensure the web site articulates the product value proposition and includes the appropriate on-line demos
* Assist corporate marketing with executing innovative demand generation campaigns.
Qualifications
* 3-7 years experience in product marketing in an enterprise software company
* Contact Center software or technology background will be a plus
* Demonstrated ability in developing compelling sales tools and customer case studies that support the value proposition of the product line.
* Strong communications and writing skills and ability to work well cross functionally
* Strategic thinking, business judgment, positioning/marketing savvy, product/technical depth, presentation skills, credibility with sales teams, customers, analysts and the media
* Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively
* Proven track record in translating compelling positioning into thought leadership content that can be leveraged across multiple outbound communication
* B.S degree, preferably with an MBA from a top tier business school
