#3368 Enterprise Retail Vertical Marketing Consultant
As part of Crimson’s Positioning, Messaging and Program Services, consultant needed to drive the development of go to market programs for the retail vertical of a leading enterprise software vendor. Programs include thought leadership positioning, messaging, value-based selling, and evangelism to enable our client’s field sales force to effectively market and sell enterprise software and platform offerings targeting the world’s leading retailers.
Consultant’s responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Providing retail market insight and thought leadership
- Developing outstanding retail (enterprise software and platform) solution positioning and messaging
- Working with existing corporate communications standards and developing new standards for positioning and messaging
- Managing asset/content development required for value-based selling to retailers
- Evangelizing retail vertical needs/positioning within client organization
- Creating messaging frameworks and managing marketing program design process for maximum impacy
MUST HAVE:
- 7+ years experience in a Senior Manager/Principal role in the Retail consulting practice of a leading consulting firm or boutique retail consulting firm such as: Accenture, Deloitte, EDS/A T Kearney, IBM GCS/PWC, KPMG/Bearing Point, McKinsey, or similar and/or
- 7+ years in a Senior Manager, Director and/or VP level role responsible for retail marketing for enterprise level software company such as Epicor, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Lawson, Oracle/PeopleSoft/JD Edwards, SAP, SAS
