Sr/Product Manager

The Sr/Product Manager has a pivotal role in helping move the company forward as a business. They have standard product manager responsibilities, working with engineering and business units to define and release product and feature improvements. In addition, they have significant program management responsibilities, helping other business units implement key programs and owning cross functional projects.

Responsibilities

Analyze the external marketplace, customers, and competitors to determine the right new features to develop.
* Research and propose possible development projects to help establish long term product priorities.
* Create detailed Product Requirements Documents for new features.
* Work with the engineering team to bring features live to the site.
* Own a specific area of the site and take responsibility for driving its growth and improvement.
* Provide leadership to cross-functional project teams during the establishment of new programs or processes. 

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree
* 4-6 years of Product Management experience 
* Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, complex business factors, product design and technical issues and to converse with technical and non-technical personnel fluently.
* The candidate must demonstrate high energy, creativity, and customer-focus.
* Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing project implementations from start to finish. Must have first hand experience with all stages of the product development life-cycle, from requirements gathering to release.
* This position will work closely with business units and engineering, as well as with all levels of management within the organization. Must have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships.
* Entrepreneurial drive with proven track record of product delivery in a fast-paced environment.
