Sr or Principal Product Manager - Based in Fremont with some light travel

Your Mission…

Is a Product Manager’s dream job! Using your expertise you’ll deliver best-in-class software
products within the domain of product & project portfolio management (PPM). You’ll
report to our VP/Product Management and be responsible for the entire product life
cycle, from gathering market data, performing quantitative analysis for determining product
priorities, & defining products with features to be adopted & aligned with the company’s
corporate & product strategy. When done well, your ability to make difficult but sound
product decisions leads directly to the bottom-line success of our Company!

Your Responsibilities…

This is an outstanding opportunity for you to showcase your knowledge and execution of
product planning, requirements management & the overall product delivery lifecycle.
Specifically, you’ll:

· Gather/analyze market data from customers, prospects and the industry to establish quantifiable roadmaps & release plans for future versions of Accept 360°

· Work with analysts/partners/industry experts on distilling & validating the overall
vision of Accept’s innovation solutions

· Work with Sales & Services to identify & prioritize customer and market needs

· Create/manage the delivery of product requirements, specifications & use cases to
drive the development of product features & applications

· Lead the definition of product pricing, packaging & inbound/outbound collateral

· Provide thought leadership with respect to the industry & product direction.

Your Profile…

Our ideal candidate is an enterprise software sr product manager with expertise in PPM, plus:

· 10+ years experience in product management & product marketing, with

• 3+ years at a software company with an emphasis on PPM- portfolio prod mgt

· Strong quantitative & analytical skills

· Exceptional written/oral skills, with demonstrable leadership of meetings & teams

· Education - BA/BS degree + MBA preferred

· Travel requirement - up to 25% within Bay Area / ~ 10% outside Bay Area

· Attributes - organized, detail-oriented, collaborative team player in a moderately-paced environment

· Wish List – a) Pragmatic Marketing or other product management training

b) Knowledge of product management & planning tools
