We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a passion for creating great products.  You will work collaboratively with engineering and marketing to define product vision and strategy. Your responsibilities will include product definition and requirements, market analysis, marketing communications and sales tools.    What we need The Product Marketing Manager will report to the Vice President of Marketing and will play a key role at Jobvite during a period of significant growth and opportunity. Additional responsibilities include: Collect and manage customer requirements and translate findings into concrete product plans. Develop sales tools, web content, product demos and interactive content, marketing materials. Develop market and competitive analysis and market segmentation; track technology trends. Contribute significantly to positioning, messaging and brand strategy. Provide direction and content to the web marketing team to help create successful lead generation activities. What you bring to the party Previous experience in software marketing is essential; some knowledge of the human resources software space and Software as a Service would be ideal. 3-5 years experience in software product marketing or product management. Ability to quickly understand product and market dynamics. Knowledge of product planning with outstanding organizational and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. An entrepreneurial and results-oriented resume. Dedication to customer success. Commitment to well designed and executed products. Passion for new products and technologies, especially Web 2.0, social networking, collaboration - and the next big thing. BA/BS degree; MBA a plus.
