Your Mission…

To innovate! You’ll define & launch on-demand services that will revolutionize how top companies gain insight into their essential markets. Such high-value services will enable companies to eavesdrop on the market by monitoring, processing & analyzing the online chatter about their products & services. Our customers then use these insights to perpetually innovate within their own organizations. You’ll create tools for web-based social media monitoring & analytics – what we’re calling “innovation search. As our trail-blazing marketer for this new suite of services, your successful efforts are critical to our customers’ ability to listen to their market, identify trends, gather competitive intelligence, & gauge consumer sentiment.

 

Your Responsibilities…

Confronting this future-facing product marketing/management challenge, you’ll be expected to go in directions heretofore unexplored. Unbridled creativity, strategic thinking & implementation powers are essential as you:

 

       Research & identify new market opportunities, then define requirements for new services & applications

        Evaluate the competitive landscape & determine effective product positioning

       Chart targeted go-to-market plans to maximize market awareness & delight customers/partners/users

       Orchestrate the launch of new services/applications via direct & third party distribution channels

       Evangelize, act as company spokesperson for this new product portfolio, to maximize transaction volumes

    Work cross-organizationally across a broad set of internal stakeholders

 

Your Profile…

Our ideal candidate is a wildly innovative & seasoned Product Marketer/Product Manager who possesses:

·         10+ years in product marketing/management for high-tech or consumer-related products

·         1 year in consumer media monitoring or automated market data analysis

·         Unparalleled analytic & communication skills

·         Track record of successfully managing/delivering multiple concurrent products of high quality

·         Innovative & assertive, with the ability to pick up new technologies & assess situations quickly

·         Adaptable to a high-tech company during a time of rapid growth; internet company experienceis a plus

·         Creative problem solver & team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

·         Education – BA/BS degree with MBA preferred

 

Your Compensation… 

·         First year’s base salary + bonus could deliver cash comp as high as $150k

·         Generous, comprehensive benefits package
