E-commerce Marketing Director

A small but rapidly growing company based in Los Angeles, is adding to its management team in the E-commerce area. The Company currently focused on direct offline sale and is expanding its business model to online. It is seeking experienced leadership to head this initiative.

Candidates should have demonstrated success in E-commerce activities, ideally in online marketing/E-commerce strategy. Experience in search engine optimization, online advertising, content management, affiliates, email/e-marketing campaign, create/manage large keyword lists and web analytics is required.

Enthusiasm and high ambition is another critical ingredient. The candidate is able to think big and focus small. The position offers an excellent salary(110-130K), bonus(25%) and equity participation. The Company has experienced strong growth and offers a dynamic and creative work environment.
