Sr. Product Manager

The eshots Event Lifecycle Suite is an integrated, proprietary collection of products that allow our clients to Activate their events, Capture consumer data, and Measure event success. Our platform is used at a wide variety of events including Super Bowl, MLB, NASCAR, College Football, Auto Shows, Ride and Drives, and Concerts.

Job Description: eshots, Inc. is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a talented Product Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit. In this role you will manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities including gathering requirements and driving the cross-functional effort for the eshots Event Lifecycle Suite of products.
We are seeking an individual who has 5-8 years experience in software Product Management and is looking for an opportunity, at a rapidly growing company, to innovate and change an entire industry. You will be a key leader on our team and in taking eshots to the next level.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee products through their lifecycle, from strategic definition to end-of-life planning
- Prioritize and communicate product direction by maintaining a detailed product roadmap
- Develop market requirements for current and future products by working with our customers, the eshots team, industry experts, and seeing our products in action at key events
- Translate client needs into new features and write product specifications
- Define requirements for each product release and work closely with the Development Manager to ensure successful completion
- Guide departments with a go-to-market plan and assist in pricing strategies, documentation, testing, collateral, marketing and packaging of the products
- Assist with positioning and sales strategy and evangelize to current and future customers
- Define product profitability measurements
- Assist with improving corporate operations
Minimum Requirements:
- Undergraduate business degree, advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years of software product management experience (business to business software experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of software product lifecycle and experience writing requirements and guiding user interface design
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience leading cross functional teams and interacting with technical, non-technical, professional, and executive levels
· Entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude
· Willingness to travel
