I am a head hunter in the UK. My company (www.iperium-consulting.com) is a boutique consultancy assisting start-up technology ventures by connecting them with experienced industry professionals. I am currently working with a group of entrepreneurs in the US and Europe, one of these has an opening in their portfolio for a VP of Marketing.

They are still in stealth mode but are fully funded and well staffed for launch. They have a next gen dating concept that will federate the markets of dating and social networks and allow for the monetisation of these networks.

The company has been backed heavily by the founders of Skype as their concept within this space seems to be quite unique. The site experience is more akin to online gaming than traditional dating with genuine immediate video and voice communication, as a result if the individual has experience within this area that would be ideal.

The founders are looking for a very hands on individual with extensive experience in affiliate marketing programmes, not just banner led. You must have true entrepreneurial edge as this is a role taking a start up to market not an established start up to IPO.
