Product Manager – BlueLithium Ad Network
Blue Lithium, Inc. is one of the largest and fastest growing interactive media and technology companies. We are seeking a high caliber Product Manager to join our growing team in San Jose. This person will be tasked with defining and delivering new capabilities that will drive our ad network business.
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met, and providing product training and documentation. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Work with key stakeholders to rank product needs and identify key business drivers in order to develop a product roadmap
• Solicit input from internal customers, Advertisers, and Publishers to create detailed product requirements
• Work with Engineering to verify the completeness of product requirement documents, obtain delivery commitments, and coordinate the product release process
• Communicate new product features to internal teams and provide training
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams in the development of collateral, training materials and release notes for all product launches
• Manage the creation and update of online product documentation
General Requirements:
• BS/BA degree required
• 2-4 years of software product management experience, preferably in the internet marketing industry, which includes collaborating with engineering teams
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle several projects at the same time while staying focused on the highest priority one
• Demonstrated ability to focus on deliverables and complete rigorous follow-through in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Exhibits grace under pressure
• Creative, motivated and enthusiastic
